OPEN CALL | Two New Exhibition Periods at ArtNomadique Gallery
Exhibit for five weeks in the heart of Ronse
ArtNomadique is looking for artists for two new exhibition periods at our gallery in the centre of Ronse.
Each exhibition runs for five consecutive weeks. For each period, we select up to four artists, together with one sculptor or ceramic artist.
Painting, mixed media, drawing, digital art, ceramics, sculpture and other contemporary art forms are welcome.
Two periods, two deadlines
Period 1
16 October to 15 November 2026
Application deadline: 4 October 2026
Period 2
20 November to 20 December 2026
Application deadline: 14 October 2026
We are not looking for one particular style. What matters to ArtNomadique is that the work has its own identity and that the selected artists can come together to create a strong and varied exhibition.
Every application is reviewed by ArtNomadique. Applying does not automatically mean that you will be selected.
Exhibit for five weeks
The longer exhibition period gives visitors, collectors and art lovers more opportunities to discover your work.
During the exhibition period, the gallery is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Visits on Thursday are possible by appointment.
Each exhibition begins with a vernissage, giving artists and visitors the opportunity to meet in person.
After two weeks, you may, if you wish and in consultation with the gallery, replace part of your work. This gives you the opportunity to show different works during the five-week period.
Choose between two formulas
Not every artist works or sells in the same way. That is why you can choose the balance between participation fee and commission that suits you best.
Formula A
€400 excl. VAT / €484 incl. VAT
15% commission on sold works
Formula B
€289.26 excl. VAT / €350 incl. VAT
25% commission on sold works
Both formulas include the same exhibition period, space, professional presentation, vernissage and basic gallery support. Your choice of Formula A or Formula B therefore has no impact on how your work is presented.

support from the gallery
the possibility to replace part of your work after two weeks
Optional promotion package
Artists who would like additional visibility around their exhibition can add a promotion package to either formula.

The promotion package includes:
targeted promotion through social media
inclusion in our newsletter
press release
additional visual content around the exhibition
presentation of your work in the gallery window
Who can apply?
Both experienced artists and emerging talent are welcome to apply.
For each exhibition, we are looking for up to four artists with wall-based work and one sculptor or ceramic artist with three-dimensional work.
More important than a particular style is that your work has its own visual language and identity.

the exhibition period you are applying for
3 photographs of recent works
the average selling price per work
a short biography of 3 to 6 sentences
your website and/or social media
if you already have a preference: Formula A or Formula B
for sculptors and ceramic artists: the approximate dimensions and expected number of works
We carefully review every application and will contact you to discuss the possibilities. Final participation, the exhibition period and the chosen formula will be confirmed in writing after selection.
