What does participation cost and what is included?

• Group exhibitions: €295 VAT incl. Includes logistics, basic promotion, press and social media coverage.

• Group exhibition at De Cultuurfabriek: €350 VAT incl. Includes logistics, extended promotion, press campaign.

• ArtNomadique Gallery: €400 excl. VAT (€484 incl.) per month, including vernissage and promotion. Optional promo pack: €150 excl. VAT (€181.50 incl.).

 

How much space do I get?

• ArtNomadique Gallery: 4.5 to 5 meters of wall for paintings/photography. Sculptors/ceramists get 4 to 5 pedestals.

• Regular group exhibitions: about 5 meters of wall per artist (painters/photographers) or equivalent floor space/pedestals for sculptors and ceramists.

• De Cultuurfabriek: 7 meters of wall per artist (painters/photographers) or equivalent floor space for sculptors/ceramists.

 

How are artists selected?
Artists submit a portfolio or dossier. The organizers select based on quality, diversity, and overall harmony of the exhibition.

Is there a sales commission?

• Group exhibitions: no commission.

• Gallery: 15% VAT incl. on each sale.

 

How is payment handled if a work is sold?
For sales in the ArtNomadique Gallery, ArtNomadique pays the artist within 30 days, minus the agreed commission.

 

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is possible within 14 days after registration (only for artists participating as consumers). For professional artists (B2B), this right does not apply. After that, no refund is possible.

 

What about transport and insurance?
 

• The transport of artworks remains the responsibility of the artist.

• In the ArtNomadique Gallery (Ronse), exhibited artworks are insured against fire, storm, water damage, glass breakage, flooding and earthquake under the KBC Commercial Property Policy (policy no. 72.977.316).

• Theft is not covered. The gallery is equipped with camera surveillance and applies reasonable security measures, but these do not guarantee full protection.

• Artists who wish additional coverage (e.g. theft or all-risk) may arrange their own insurance (for instance through the Kunstwerkt exhibition insurance at a preferential rate).

• For external group exhibitions (outside the gallery), artists must insure their own works.

Do I need to be present during the exhibition?

• For group exhibitions: we require the artist’s permanent presence throughout the exhibition.

• At the ArtNomadique Gallery: we ask artists to be present at least 2 days, for a minimum of 2 hours each time, to personally meet visitors.
