Sandra (50) is a passionate ceramicist and mother of three sons, embarking on a new chapter in her life as a soon-to-be grandma of a little prince. She shares her life and love with her husband Tom, also an artist, in their inspiring studio, Arttosan. Entirely self-taught, Sandra has honed her craft with unparalleled passion and dedication. Her hands, shaped by experience and intuition, bring creations to life that reflect emotions and stories. She focuses exclusively on porcelain and ceramics, skillfully crafting organic forms that express themes of love and connection. Sandra's work tells stories of vulnerability, strength, and humanity.

Tom Gheysens - H.art

Tom Gheysens is a self-taught artist with over 15 years of experience in painting. Since 2020, he has been working under the name H.art as an independent artist alongside his main profession. His versatile works, always created in acrylic paint and often combined with ink, brush pens, and metallic colors, play with light and create dynamic effects. In addition to modern paintings, Tom regularly works with restored baroque frames, breathing new life into them by combining them with contemporary art. About one-third of his creations are immediately available, while the other two-thirds are fully custom-made. Tom’s works blend creativity, technique, and passion, offering unique art for any space.

Luus Blankenaauw, a self-taught artist, was born in Nijmegen and has lived for many years in Roermond, the Netherlands. Her work balances playfulness and strength, often focusing on the multifaceted nature of women. Confidence, power, vulnerability, sensuality, and softness take center stage in her portraits. Animals are a second source of inspiration, sometimes portrayed as playful characters, other times as lifelike depictions that highlight the strength and beauty of nature. Luus works with bold colors and continues to experiment with various styles and materials, making each piece unique. Her art is a celebration of both the human and natural world, in all their splendor and complexity.

Born in Ghent (1964), Sven is a self-taught artist with a background as a bioengineer. He lives and works in De Pinte. His recent works are abstract, non-figurative, or narrative color compositions, created through a process of thoughtful improvisation and reasoned intuition. By carefully selecting colors and refining compositions through trial and error, he allows his pieces to develop organically — a process that often requires time. Sven enjoys working in series, drawing inspiration from personal experiences, such as his cardiac arrest, and the beauty of abstract structures. His art combines color, emotion, and story into unique compositions.

Born in Accra, Ghana, Kofi has been living and working in Ghent, Belgium, since 2020. His work consists of contemporary portraits and figurative art, with a strong focus on cultural dialogues around themes such as family, community, and nationalism. Using bold colors, expressive brushstrokes, and palette knife patterns, Kofi explores the diversity and complexity of Black identity. He combines his experience as a graphic designer with traditional African fabrics, acrylic paint, pastel, and charcoal to vividly convey emotions and stories. Kofi’s work celebrates and documents African culture, emphasizing the beauty and emotions of Black life through art that is both unifying and inspiring.

Wouter Vandenbranden, an engineer by training, has been fully dedicated to ceramics since 2020. His work stems from a quest for earthy textures and colors, focusing on raw surfaces and natural forms. Each piece reflects his ongoing experiments and passion for the craft. Wouter honed his throwing techniques through various international workshops and has been teaching ceramics since 2024. He combines simplicity with complexity, always emphasizing texture and authenticity. His ceramics, characterized by a unique blend of rawness and refinement, have gained recognition at prestigious markets such as the Goudse Keramiekdagen and the Keramiekmarkt in Lommel.

Jan Van Schooten

As a commercial photographer, Jan Van Schooten works within the frameworks set by his clients. However, with Peinture de Lumière, he transcends those boundaries and explores the freedom of abstraction. This photographic impressionist art form, literally translated as "painting with light," focuses on atmosphere, movement, light, and color. His surreal, dreamlike images invite viewers to interpret emotions and feelings in a personal way. Without the use of AI or image manipulation, but with enhanced colors and contrasts, Jan creates photographs that acquire their unique character during the moment of capture. Lieve Ophalvens, from Leuven, is a Belgian artist who combines abstraction and figuration in her work. After studying at various art academies, she developed her signature style, experimenting with techniques such as acrylic, oil, marbling, and collage. Dieter Deconinck, better known as DDKing, is a Belgian AI artist who merges technology with emotion. Inspired by personal experiences, he creates hyperrealistic, surreal artworks infused with deep symbolism. His themes—love, equality, mental growth, and the balance between humanity and nature—resonate both on a personal and societal level. In 2023, he gained international recognition during Amsterdam Museum Night, where his work inspired travelers, and in 2024, DDKing was honored with the title "Leading Creator 2024." Through his art, DDKing invites viewers to introspection and reflection while continuously pushing the boundaries of AI art and storytelling.

Marc discovered his passion for painting at the end of 2019. What began as a hobby soon evolved into a life mission. Under the name Mrac_Acrylic_Art, he creates abstract works that merge intuition, emotions, and spontaneity. Each artwork starts with a blank canvas and unfolds into a unique composition, perfectly suited to modern architecture and open to personal interpretation. Marc’s dedication has earned him international recognition, with exhibitions at prestigious venues such as Times Square in New York, Art Space Gallery in Knokke, and an upcoming showcase in Tokyo (February 2025). Additionally, he will participate in The Inner Bloom exhibition (March-April 2025), organized by AI artist DDKing. As a co-organizer of ArtNomadique, Marc combines his artistic vision with his role in logistics and client management, making art more accessible to a wider audience. With abstract art as his creative outlet, Marc continues to grow, driven by his passion for color and emotion.
